1. Information only, not medical advice
Everything on this website, including descriptions of procedures, case studies, X-rays, videos and news coverage, is general information. It is not a diagnosis, a treatment plan or a substitute for a consultation with a qualified doctor. Every patient is different, and results shown in case studies are examples, not promises or guarantees of any outcome.
2. Emergencies
The clinic provides emergency care 24/7. If you have a serious injury, heavy bleeding, a suspected fracture or any urgent condition, call the clinic or your nearest emergency service immediately. Do not rely on this website, a form or a message to reach us in an emergency.
3. Appointments and timings
- OPD timing is 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM. OPD is closed on Fridays. Emergency care is available 24/7.
- The booking form only prepares a WhatsApp message. An appointment is not confirmed until the clinic replies and confirms it.
- Timings can change because of emergencies, surgeries, holidays or other circumstances. Please confirm by phone or WhatsApp.
4. Fees and government schemes
This website does not list fees. Treatment under schemes such as Ayushman Bharat depends on the scheme’s rules and your eligibility, and is confirmed by the hospital. Nothing on this site is an offer of free or discounted treatment.
5. Content and intellectual property
The text, photographs, videos, logo and design of this website belong to Dr. Abu Akrama or are used with permission. You may view and share pages for personal, non-commercial purposes. You may not copy, republish, sell or alter the content, or use the doctor’s name or image to suggest an endorsement, without written permission. Newspaper clippings are shown as coverage of the doctor and remain the property of their publishers.
6. Patient material
Images and videos of patients and surgeries are shown for education, with identifying details removed. Please do not download, share or use them in a way that could identify or embarrass any patient.
7. Acceptable use
Do not misuse the site: do not try to break or overload it, gain unauthorised access, send harmful code, or use the contact details to send spam or abusive messages.
8. Links to other websites
The site links to and embeds services from others, such as YouTube, Google Maps and WhatsApp. We do not control them and are not responsible for their content or practices.
9. Accuracy and availability
We try to keep the information accurate and up to date, but we do not guarantee that it is complete or error-free, or that the site will always be available.
10. Limitation of liability
To the extent permitted by law, Dr. Abu Akrama and Cribs Hospital are not liable for any loss arising from your use of, or reliance on, this website. This does not affect any rights you have as a patient under the law.

These terms are governed by the laws of India. Any dispute relating to this website is subject to the jurisdiction of the courts at Madhubani, Bihar.
